As per the Gazette Notification dated June 1, 2017, Government of India has made it mandatory to link Aadhaar with intermediaries before March 31, 2018

To comply with the above, we request all the holders in the aforesaid account to link your Aadhaar card through https://www.camsonline.com/PVF/COL_Aadhar.aspx  or please follow the below instruction to submit through physical mode.

Physical Mode – Please fill the form enclosed and  submit the duly filled and signed form to the nearest CAMS / AMC Branches or send it via post/courier to the below mentioned CAMS address. In then instance where you were not able to link your Aadhaar through online mode due to non-availability of Mobile Number/Email in your Aadhaar data, please use this option. (Also note we have enclosed the Consent forms for your easy reference, please use the same as applicable)

Note: Aadhaar linking is not applicable for NRIs. For Non-Individuals, please use the form for Non-Individuals. For HUF, Karta need to submit the form for HUF to our below mentioned CAMS address.

Kindly comply, as the Regulation states that if the Aadhaar details are not provided within the prescribed timelines, the account shall cease to be operational till the time Aadhaar is submitted.
